So What’s Next?
1. Check availabilityand reserve your date in real time or use the form on the right hand side of the page to check availability and ask questions.
2. To reserve your rental equipment for your date we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. This guarantees your date is reserved. A month out from your event we’ll be in touch to confirm your shipping address and any other pertinent details about your event. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your rental shipping.
3.Lights arrive to you in most cases 2 days prior to the event date.
4. After your event return your light rental using the prepaid shipping label to any UPS location. When we receive the lights back on time and in working order we’ll check them in and process your security deposit refund.
