wireless uplights in purple with pin-spot lighting — Wireless uplights setup at the Sunset Room by Wolfgang Puck at National Harbor.

Wireless uplights for as little as $22 per light!

It’s easier and more cost effective than ever to add uplighting to your event.

Leave the cables, wires, limited color choices and frustration at home. Wireless uplighting lets you enjoy your event more and setup less.

Many cheap wired rental lights only let you choose from 7 preset colors. Our lights let you choose from over 16.7 million color combinations right at your finger tips.

Many wired uplight rentals are setup so you can only use their cables which means you have to use more lights even though you might not need them. It can look cheaper up front but is actually more expensive and takes a lot longer to setup.

This photo shows the Sunset Room at National Harbor in Maryland. 28 uplights were used in this setup. Total time for uplight setup by one person: 10 minutes

Trying to get the same setup with wired uplights would take over 45 minutes and it would be impossible to get a deep eggplant purple because of the limited colors.

It’s now easier and more cost effective than ever to go rent wireless uplights. Save money, transform your event, and spend more time enjoying the event.

Whitehall Manor in Bluemont Virginia is an idyllic venue to get married. Nestled in the foothills of the blue ridge mountains Whitehall is close enough to DC and nearby airports to make it accessible but far enough away from the hustle of DC to escape and relax.

Historic manor houses are the perfect candidate for enhancing with lighting. Lighting helps illuminate and feature the beauty inherent in the space. Neutral tones help enhance the historic feel and make it feel more warm and intimate.

We lit the columns on the outside of Whitehall. The wireless uplights make it easy to move lighting from space to space so you can save money by using less lights and move them as your guests move from space to space. The lights have no problem reaching all the way up the 20ft+ columns.

We also utilized texture lighting inside in combination with the wireless uplights to create detail and framed the texture lights into the spaces of the venue making it feel organic.

Ben and Sara Monogram – Mount Ida Farm – Charlottesville, VA

September 18, 2013 By Brian King Leave a Comment

Mount Ida Farm in Charlottesville, VA is a beautiful wedding venue and it was the perfect fit for a wedding for Ben Erwin and Sara Gwinn.

Sara is a very talented print and graphic designer so it was great working with her and getting a beautiful design to showcase at her wedding. The monogram was completely her design and captured the feeling of their personality and the personality of the venue and the urban barn feel that they created.

We used uplighting that started off amber earlier in the wedding reception and changed over to purple later in the evening. Texture lighting was used on either side of a massive 20ft barn window door that was flanked on either side by white drape. We designed the texture lighting to incorporate design elements that Sara had used in her monogram to plant her design element into the space re-iterating the beautiful farm vibe that was also present.

We were very excited to hear that our rental lighting was featured on “Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta” It’s great to have our rental lighting reach such a large audience.

This photo showcases before and after uplighting from the April 7th, 2013 Hamlin/Thompson wedding at the Atlanta Biltmore Ballrooms. The groom has had a successful career playing in the NFL for the Seahawks, Ravens and the Colts.

This is a great photo showcasing before and after battery powered wireless uplighting. The Biltmore is a beautiful historic wedding venue. Utilizing uplighting is a great way to add warm lighting to the space while preserving and highlighting the historic architectural elements in the space.

The Georgian Ballroom (pictured) and Imperial Ballroom are the two main ballrooms in the space and have unique requirements specifying only battery powered uplights can be used to preserve the floors and the look of the space. Our lighting is completely battery powered and wireless and is the perfect way to highlight the architectural features of the space and fit with the policies of the venue.

Our battery powered wireless uplighting are the perfect way to light up columns and other room features to highlight and add pops of color to a space.

Wedding Lighting at Sequoia Restaurant – Washington, DC

This is a great example of wedding rental lights that we offer working together for a wedding. In working with wedding lighting it’s best to work in combinations of three lighting elements. This example features a focal point (monogram), highlights (cake), and color (uplighting). This creates a complete lighting design and our rental lighting makes it easy. This wedding lighting was setup at Sequoia Restaurant in Georgetown (Washington, DC).

In this lighting example it shows the rental monogram light projecting their logo on a stone wall above the cake. The cake features our rental cake spotlighting that really helps the cake pop and shine in a dark space. Throughout the room shows when you rent battery powered LED uplighting. Fuchsia is a great color for these lights and it did a great job pulling together the colors of the flowers and the accent vases, candle holders, and the napkins.
